This snowmelt system in Concord was a cooperation between Tersigni Landscape Construction Inc. and us. They completely rebuilt the driveway and landscaping around the house and tasked us with installing a snowmelt system with the hydronics and the boiler in a freshly built shed next to the house. The shed is fully insulated to allow the heat generated by a hydronic air handler to be retained and keep the boiler’s condensates from freezing when not melting snow. The Rhella XFM manifold is under a walking stone and can be easily accessed if needed. An IBC SL 26-260 G3 boiler heats the system using Rhella and Grundfos circulators.
